How does the streak work?

Hero Journey tracks your current streak locally on your device. If you reset, the app records setback history so your analytics can show momentum over time.

What is SOS mode?

SOS mode gives quick breathing guidance, shows your reason why, reminds you of known triggers, and offers a grounding quote. It is designed for urgent moments when you need to slow down and choose the next step.

Why are reminders showing at a specific time?

The app can schedule daily support reminders around the time you may need encouragement most. You can control notification permission from your device settings.

What do Plus and Pro unlock?

Plus can unlock an ad-free experience and dragon styles. Pro can add premium games and full analytics. Purchases are handled through the app store purchase system.

Why do I see ads?

The free version may show banner ads through Google Mobile Ads. An ad-free purchase can hide banner ads where supported.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. The app stores streaks, journals, triggers, badges, and preferences locally. You can clear local app data from the app settings where available, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.

I lost a purchase. What should I do?

Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. If the issue remains, email support@glowymint.com with your store receipt details.

How do I report a bug?

Email the steps to reproduce the issue, your phone model, OS version, app version, and screenshots if they help. Please avoid sending sensitive journal content unless it is necessary for the bug report.
