Gameplay and local storage

Cosmic Cab does not require an account. Your level progression, coins, booster inventory, tutorial state, daily rewards, and audio preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a gameplay account database or upload your saved progress to a GlowyMint server.

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

This release does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or in-app purchases. We do not use the game to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, sell personal information, or collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera recordings.

Apple services and device backups

Apple processes downloads, distribution, optional device diagnostics, and device backups under its own terms and privacy policy. If you choose to share diagnostics with Apple, that choice is controlled by your device settings. We do not use those services to create a gameplay profile about you.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as a device model, level number, description, or screenshot. We use it to answer your request and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Support website

Our website’s hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, and the requested page, to deliver and protect the website. These pages do not use advertising trackers or request a gameplay account.

Children

The game does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child has sent personal information through a support request, so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your choices

You can change music and sound settings in the pause menu. Local game data can be removed by deleting the app, subject to any backups managed by your device settings. To request access to or deletion of personal information you sent to support, contact the address below. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the app’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest policy.
